This Project uses thicker (Uprated / Stiffer) lightweight 27mm (Hollow)
Torsion Bars that in combination with an special spring plate will
adjust the rear ride height without removing the axle or the trailing arms.
Poly Bronze bushes are used in the torsion tube and
Elephant Racing’s Sport grade Rubber Bushes in the trailing arms.
All these products offer a high degree of stability, improving road holding
but still with some important compliance and anti – vibration
characteristics which are essential for Road use.

Alex @ BG Developments spent a considerable time offering their expertise
on the car’s braking system. Once they had recorded the spec and done
the maths on the original car’s set up. (Disc sizes, wheel size,
brake pedal ratio and caliper piston and master cylinder bore sizes etc..)
They came up with the best piston size solution when fitting larger calipers
(6 piston front and 4 rear) in Combination with a 968 Master cylinder and
fitting a bias valve in the rear circuit a perfect 60 / 40 %Bias was achieved.
